Hi Ed, Jake(s) and Brandon, 

       I just wanted to say thank you for making a much anticipated event a great and pleasant experience.  From my first enquires of the Etec to the pickup last Saturday all went smooth and truly professional.  Ed you have assembled a great staff as I felt all my questions were answered with patience and knowledge, and the easy demeanor of all involved was truly appreciated.  As for the engine, it blows the injectors out of the Ficht hands down; BRP truly has a winner here.  Hammer down acceleration from 4,000 rpm to WOT literally occurs in two blinks of an eye, top speed is greater and I just can't get enough of the sound it makes as you give it throttle.  I have all the intentions of recommending the hardware and Winnisquam Marine to anyone I know looking for a boat or engine, and for others involved in my sale who I'm not aware of, thank you again. Have a great 2008 boating season!

Ryan & Ed, 

Just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased we all are with our recent H180 purchase. As usual you guys were extremely helpful and had all the answers to our questions . The purchase and delivery demo process was extremely well done executed with all the bases covered. We were also very impressed with how upfront and honest you guys are about everything along the way, including the trade in process (unlike other dealers).  We did spend the entire day on the boat Sunday and had a great time, hope this is the end of the rain and the start of summer.

Dear Ed & Ryan,

Thank you both for all your help, patience and guidance.   Thank you Ed, for your advise on the purchase of our first boat the (220).  You answered all of our questions with so much patience.  In fact, you advised us not to purchase everything at once and to take it slowly.  Most places would have sold us the whole showroom.

It was a good thing we didn't buy everything right away because as you know Ryan made it so easy for us to buy and trade our 220 for a 260 Horizon.  After several test drives on the 260 we just couldn't say no!!!  Thanks Ryan, we love our boat.  But you already knew that before we did.

Ed you have assembled one of the best group of people we have ever dealt with and your crew all summer long went over and above to help us.  Thanks to all the staff for your help and all the laughs.
